A representative for the couple confirmed the news to Us Weekly on Tuesday.
They said in the statement:

'Before rumors or falsifications get out of hand we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time'

This comes a day after the 32-year-old singer and 40-year-old actor were spotted together at two Oscar parties on Sunday.
