Super Eagles Striker Kelechi Ihenacho Slammed With Legal Suit In The US

Kelechi Iheanacho, a striker for the National team, Super Eagles, has found himself in a legal battle in the US. The footballer is said to be in the legal battle for not keeping to his side of a contract signed with  First Eleven Management back in 2015.
Henry Galeano who is the company’s registered Fifa-licensed agent who also claims to be Iheanacho’s former agent submitted an affidavit to the court saying him and Iheanacho spent “hundreds of hours” together, SUN UK reports.

Kelechi, in a pleading filed in the court, however, claims he does not know and never spent time with Galeano. According to him, he is only privileged to the information that Galeano was an alias used by First Eleven Management co-owner Robert Zanicky.

However, new photos of Iheanacho spending time with Galeano,who is the company’s registered Fifa-licensed agent, on different occasions, has been submitted to court

If found guilty, the striker could be charged with unsworn falsification, which carries a penalty of up to 2 years.
