Two pro-life lawyers have been fighting for a 12-year-old girl to give birth to the baby of a family member who raped her.
Lorie Mullins and Win Johnson, who are both anti-abortion, have blasted a court after it granted the girl the right to terminate her pregnancy.
The girl reportedly told the court that she did not want to have the child because she was scared.
According to Daily Record, the court decided that she did not require parental consent to have the abortion because she had been removed from her mother’s care five times, and because she had no family support.
Yet, Mullins said the youngster has been "put in the position of being the perpetrator of this newest violence," while Johnson - who also opposes gay marriage - said she 'wasn't mature enough' to make the decision.
The girl, who at the time of the incident was living at home with her mother, her stepfather, four siblings and an uncle, has since been removed from the home. She does not know her father.

"Government is supposed to protect innocent life," Johnson added. "The Court of Civil Appeals made the decision that this girl was mature enough to decide to murder her own child in her womb.
"Has anyone explained this too her in its darkest, rawest form? In this case we're victimizing two people.
"It's time we have judges who will do their duty and who are not afraid of what might happen."
