Man who raped 8-year in Rivers arrested

The police in Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, have finally arrested a suspected rapist who defiled an 8-year old.
The young man was arrested by SP Kingsley Chukwueggu of the Rumuolumeni Police Division under the Operation Ember Flush.
